Freelance writer/photographer Kathy McBride has many years of photography experience. She has used her
skills to capture personal moments with family and friends as well as for many church functions, and also for fun with her
own pets.
Kathy's photography has been an integral part of her writing, and of particular local interest, she
has a photo feature about Kenlake Marina and Cindy's on the Barge Restaurant that will be one
of the articles in Heartland Boating magazine's August, 2010, issue. Some of her Kentucky
Lake and Kenlake Marina photographs also will appear on their website.
Kathy is also member of Professional
Photographers of America (PPA).

PET SHOTZ was formed after freelance writer/photographer Kathy McBride received so many requests from
family and friends to photograph their family pets.
It occurred to Kathy that this might be the ideal business
opportunity so she investigated and learned that while most studio photographers will do pet pictures, there are very few
in the Pennyrile region and in northern Tennessee who specialize exclusively in pet photography.
Add to
that the idea of a "mobile" service in which the photographer will set up the photo shoot in the client's own
home, and PET SHOTZ was
an idea whose time had come for this area!
