Payment for your PET SHOTZ photo shoot is 50% of the full package price due upfront when the contract agreement is made, and the 50% balance is due the day of the photo shoot. While we will accept full payment at the conclusion of your photo session, please note that we do charge a $50 returned check fee.

However, we highly recommend that you use our secure online payment option using either PayPal or credit card to pay in full now. Rest assured we have a money back guarantee. Please click the PAY ONLINE link above to go to our payment page. We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.

Please keep in mind that for the standard digital package, you will receive your pictures on compact disk (CD) as well as your choice of one 8"x 10" color print in your home before the photographer leaves. When your photo shoot is over, there are no more follow up appointments in order to review and choose prints, etc. Everything from start to finish is done in one session at your home. Therefore, the balance of your payment is required the day of your appointment.

We accept cash [do not mail cash!], personal checks, and money orders. Please be prepared to pay your photographer at the end of your photo session.

Also note there is a $50.00 returned check fee, and we do turn accounts 30 days past due over for collection.

We ask for a 24 hour cancellation notice for which you will be refunded the FULL amount you already paid. However, cancellations of less than 24 hours will be NOT be refunded.

Please note that should your photographer find you are not at home on the appointed day at the appointed time of your session, you will be charged the full amount of the photo shoot. Also, should you be unable to keep the appointment upon the photographer's arrival, you will be charged the full amount of the photo shoot.

Please remember that much of our expense comes from fuel and vehicle costs as well as travel time; therefore, it is imperative that all our clients uphold their contracts with us. Reasonable 24 hour cancellation as necessary is understandable but we have no recourse but to charge for broken contracts. We hope you understand our position and we appreciate and thank you for your cooperation in advance. We will extend to you the same courtesy.

PRINT FILM CUSTOMERS NOTE: For customers who order our 35mm print film package, there is an additional $10 fee for the cost of professional film, processing, and mailing. You will receive your prints from us in the mail after the film has been developed [not at the time of your appointment], but also note you will NOT receive the negatives from your photo shoot unless you buy the rights to your pictures. However, balance due also is required the day of the print film photo shoot, the same as for our 35mm digital package customers.

SPECIAL NOTE: While we retain all rights to our photographs unless you purchase rights separately, we understand some of our clients do want enlargements or extra copies for family and friends. As a courtesy to you, your photographer will provide you a signed Model Release Form that you may give to your own photo processor in order to obtain extra prints. This will be particularly helpful for our 35mm print film customers. While our digital customers may prefer to print out their own pictures at home, they, too can take their CD to a film developer for extra prints using the provided Model Release Form. Please be advised these prints are for your personal enjoyment only and are not to be copied, sold, submitted for publication, calendars, contests, etc, under penalty of law.

Studio sittings are EXPENSIVE, with premium packages often exceeding $400! PET SHOTZ gives you a choice of packages, all at very affordable rates and in the convenience of your own home. Not only that, with the Digital Package you will get your photographs edited, downloaded to a CD, and your choice of a FREE 8"x10" print, all right in your home at the end of your photo session! There are no more appointments to make to view proofs, order prints, or anything else.

Please note that for the PET SHOTZ film package you will NOT receive the free 8" x 10" print since you will receive your photographs in the mail after professional developing. And while you will NOT receive the negatives with your prints unless you bought all rights to your pictures from your photo shoot, you can take your photographs to any photo developer and get prints of any size and quantity at nominal cost.

Also note that customer satisfaction is our number one goal. Therefore, should your 35mm print film photographs fail to turn out satisfactorily due to equipment malfunction, etc, we will offer you your choice of either a full refund or another photo session at no charge.

MILEAGE:

We operate within a 40 mile radius of Hopkinsville, Kentucky. We will travel 50 miles for an extra charge of $25 that will be added to the total of your photo package.

Distances farther than 50 miles will be considered at extra charge and on individual basis. However, we may be able to schedule appointments concurrently at various locations in order to save time, mileage, and costs.
