LIABILITY: We have liability insurance to protect both our clients and ourselves. Please rest easy

SAFETY: We will take every safety precaution while we are in your home and on your property.
We will carefully set up all equipment securely and on level surfaces only. We require a GROUNDED
(3-PRONG) electrical OUTLET for our heavy duty electrical cord which will supply electricity to all our lights as well as
to our computer and printer equipment. Please let us know in advance if you do NOT have a grounded outlet so that we may come
prepared with 'household type" (regular) 2-prong extension cords.
Please note that the electricity
used for your photo shoot is nominal and will not adversely affect your utility bill.
Every precaution will be
taken to keep hot lights away from any combustible material. We have switches on our lights which your photographer will flip
off between background changes, etc, to prevent overheating.
NEVER TOUCH ANY OF OUR LIGHTING EQUIPMENT!
Our lights get hot quickly and some of them are halogen lights. Both the lights and their metal casings
get hot immediately. Please keep children and pets away for everyone's safety. Thank you for your help
and cooperation in this and all other safety issues.
In addition, your photographer will have a small 'all
purpose' fire extinguisher on hand just as a precaution; however, there should never be any need
to use it. We have it on hand strictly for a "just in case" scenario.
We do ask that
you keep your animals and pets under control at all times as well as children away from the set up area in order
that nothing be accidentally knocked over. This is both a safety issue as well as a cost issue because photographic equipment
is very expensive, particularly the camera(s) which will be mounted on a tripod at times. We need your help and cooperation
to make your photo shoot a fun, pleasant experience for everyone, and we thank you in advance for your participation and kind
cooperation.

COURTESY: Out of respect for our clients and their property, your photographer and
any assistants will wear either "clean" shoes that are worn indoors only or "shoe covers" to prevent soiling
your floors and carpets. We will pack up all our equipment after your photo shoot is complete, and
we will help you, as required, relocate any furniture items that had to be moved to make space for the equipment set
up. However, we ask that you do as much clearing and relocation of the area as possible since your photographer has a lot
of equipment to set up then take down but we will help as needed. We ask for your courtesy as well.
TIP:
Any large, open area will be best for your photo shoot, whether it be the center of a large living or great room,
an empty garage, kitchen area, etc. The larger the space available, the more room your photographer will have to work
and fewer items will need to be moved out of the way then relocated afterwards.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we deem as a threat or danger to the
photographer and/or assistants, our equipment, etc. Should our photographer arrive at your home and find you, your family,
or friends obviously under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other controlled substances, including prescription drugs,
or we feel "uneasy" for any reason, we will leave and
send you a bill for the full amount due. Therefore, please
be prepared to uphold your part of the contract and show us the same courtesy we extend to you. Thank you for your consideration
and understanding. We appreciate it!
THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING PET SHOTZ TO PHOTOGRAPH YOU AND YOUR FURRY FRIENDS. WE LOOK FORWARD
TO SERVING YOU AGAIN AND AGAIN!
